UNICEF is working with partners to organize 'JEEVAN RATH', an initiative that provides supplies to people who are unable to afford or access these supplies in sufficient quantities.

The following items are being provided by Jeevan Rath:

  • Open Mask
  • Soap
  • Sanitary napkins
  • Toothpaste and toothbrush
  • Water bottle
  • Oil
  • Pulses
  • Rice
  • Wheat
  • Peanuts
  • Chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Tea powder

 

Contribute for the vulnerable populations.

In 2020, many have been reached and provided for through this initiative: 

  • 300,000+ people on the move given nonperishable food 

  • 550,000+ families provided with dry ration kits  

  • 25,000+ women and adolescent girls provided with Sanitary Napkins.  

  • 1000,000+ migrants supported with travel in coordination with different partners 

  • 3,000+ migrants travel supported directly through Jeevan Rath Platform
