UNICEF, along with the state government and partners, is deploying relief centers at strategic points to support migrants with a focus on children and women. Basic relief services like rest, recuperation, sanitation, and first-aid are being provided to thousands of adults and children daily.

We are providing Health-Hygiene Kits to help children and families maintain basic hygiene and nutrition. A kit costs around ₹150 and consists of:

  • 2 liters of water
  • Fruit
  • Bun/bread
  • Masks
  • Soap
  • Sanitary pads (for women)
  • ORS
  • Chikkis/Nutri-bar
  • Glucose biscuits
